Great app with many options, and the support is excellent! We asked them to work on some customizations very specific to our products. This required developing a dedicated interface and display, and they delivered for a reasonable price!
Hard to contact, many app features not working

Let me address the topics you mentioned here:
We are a small team, so sometimes our response times are a bit longer, but we always take proper care of any request or question that is brought to our attention. We responded to all your messages and even offered an online meeting, which you scheduled but didn't attend.
While we do understand that it is frustrating, if certain app features don't work as intended, the note 'hard to contact' feels harsh in this context.
Aside from that, there is only one feature in the app that you reported to us as not working as intended. As we informed you, this is a feature still in beta testing, so we are still improving it, which sometimes takes time. With a little patience, we will fix the feature. In the meantime, there are other ways to do what the feature you struggled with does, so we could have worked around it.

You guys are the best so far! Ive stayed up and installed and uninstalled almost 15 different ones lol I hope this works im so tired hahaha. The logic is flawed or long winded on many of the other apps i like this one straight to the point thanks again

Thanks for your honest feedback and sad to hear, that you left us so quickly. It is true, that our app is a bit technical and might feel complex. We would be happy to explain it to you and assist in setting everything up if you wish to give us the chance to do so.
I tried almost 10 different Shopify apps for personalized products and some web to print options. Half were just way too complicated and time consuming to use, the other half were too basic and lack solid functionality for personalizing products.
Fancy Product Designer is finally the app that I have been looking for. It has extensive customization capabilities and it is not overly complicated to use.
My only complaint so far is the documentation is thin but they make up for that with the online chat support. They were able to answer my questions quickly and help me get my products set up.
We are using this for web to print of our personalized products. The back end print ready file that is generated for orders is perfect for integration into our process.
