Hard to contact, many app features not working
Hi,
we are sad to see you leave our app, and to hear that you are unhappy with our support.
Let me address the topics you mentioned here:
We are a small team, so sometimes our response times are a bit longer, but we always take proper care of any request or question that is brought to our attention. We responded to all your messages and even offered an online meeting, which you scheduled but didn't attend.
While we do understand that it is frustrating, if certain app features don't work as intended, the note 'hard to contact' feels harsh in this context.
Aside from that, there is only one feature in the app that you reported to us as not working as intended. As we informed you, this is a feature still in beta testing, so wir still improving it, which sometimes takes time. With a little patience, we will fix the feature. In the meantime, there are other ways to do what the feature you struggled with does, so we could have worked around it.
I want to create a creation size that follows the size view, but the aspect ratio is fixed and cannot be released.
As a result, we have to use the ready-made sample provided, which is not very customizable.
They said that the chat response time is low because they are a small company in Germany, but even some small companies have high response time.
In general, the service is poor for this application and I would not use it again.

sad to hear, that you weren't satisfied with our response times. It is understandable, that you want to look for a different app because of that. Sadly, we can't offer responses outside of our business hours.
However, I need to clarify a misunderstanding. The sizes and aspect ratios of our customization views and printing areas are not fixed. I tried to explain to you, how you can change either of those sizes and ratios. I'm sorry if the explanation wasn't helpful.
If you want to give us a second chance, we would be happy to help you better understand how those processes work.
