Enorm FAQ Page & Product FAQs

We have two storefronts and can only access one of their FAQ's (through both stores somehow). We need to update the other store's FAQ but haven't been able to because of this. Their customer support is literally nonexistent. We've submitted numerous emails to their help center and have gotten no response at all. If we could give them 0 stars for all of the help they have given, we would.

They are fanastic! I actually had no clue what we were paying for and how to utilize this App..... They answered my emails.. corrected my edits.. very quickly.. Great customer service.

Not a good app, talking to the FAQ team, would you spend some time on your app and try fix the bugs and make the layout work as supposed to, you need to add more feature too

Can't speak highly enough of their customer service. We decided to add a new FAQ to our site to stave off some common shipping questions. Installation was simple, no issues. Creating and customizing our accordion FAQ was likewise simple. But when it came time to install it on our site, it didn't take. I opened a ticket and received an immediate, helpful response. Now our FAQ was live, but I wanted to left justify the answers. I sent another help request and their support team fixed the issue right away. Now our FAQ is just as I envisioned it. Great app, great customer service.

The PERFECT FAQ app for your shopify stores! It was easy to install, easy to use and look great! Also, thumbs up for the great customer service! Replied to me within a few hours apart, then added in additional features so that you can now change visited link colour and also rearrange your questions nicely. For paid apps they don't even provide this level of efficiency.... Superb!

These guys are amazing. i was migrating from a different FAQ app and their app was the one of 4 that offered dropping FAQ anywhere within the theme as oppose to a dedicated page. I was also having issues because the previous app left a conflicting script; their support team responded right away and 5 hrs later my issue was solved. Would highly recommend

Five stars. I tried several other FAQ apps before this one and it is streets ahead of the others. Easy to install and perfect application. The staff support is excellent. Highly recommended as are all the apps from Enormapps.com.

Great app, easy to use. I downloaded it today to get some FAQ on my product pages and needed some assistance. It took only a few minutes for them to start chatting with me. Prompt customer service and great user experience!
