Enorm FAQ Page & Product FAQs

Difficult to install, work outside of Shopify, not in an integrated way (i.e. not possible to customise directly in the "Customise" view)

I was hesitant to download the app for my store but I am glad that I did. The support from the tech team is impeccable as well. I like that the app matches your store colours and font and nothing seems out of place.

This is perfect for people that need a quick FAQ that is customisable to your store's theme. Whats amazing is that you can create different FAQs depending on the website page; You can have various FAQs for different pages on your same shopify store. The costumer support team is also very efficient and has a quick turn around time! Whats more, is that this App has no charge. You literally lose out if you do not use this app on your store!

This is a simple yet highly effective app! It does exactly what I needed, to keep my product descriptions short and contained. I also had an issue with my code, so I reached out to the support and they were extremely helpful (even responded quickly on a Sunday!). I had an issue and help desk sorted it out for me quickly, thank you. I would love to have section headers within the FAQ page. Maybe that's something you can do in a future update? It's great to have the accordion but it's also a pretty big wall of text.

Had some formatting issues when we added a video into one of our FAQ answers and these guys were VERY helpful and quick about getting it working and looking good for us! Highly recommend this app and more specifically the people at Enormapps!

Amazing app. Does what it says. When I first installed it there was a problem, so I decided to uninstall the app. I was contacted by the app customer service asking me if there was a problem with the app so I explained to them what didn't work for me and they fixed it. I re-installed the app and now it works flawlessly. I would definitely recommend this app because they care about their customers.

I use this app for my FAQ's on my new website which will be launching shortly. It's super easy to use and you can customise it a lot (colours/size etc.) which means it compliments your site colours well. Great app and a super great cost.

Things i would ask the developer to improve (why i didnt leave 5 star)

1 I do not see a font changer ( this can be over come by choosing the font you want in WORD and then copy and paste

2 need to add something to change its overall width

3 maybe make adding it to a product page easier

What can I say? This app is definitely tops compared to the one I previously installed! It's a bit confusing for me in the beginning, but all you really have to do is email the support team, and everything will be clear as day! The support is really superb to say the least. Its as if the app has a monthly price on it! Thank you very much guys for the support I got.

We needed a F.A.Q to our website that was easy to use and also looked good.

We tried all F.A.Q apps in the shopify store, but the only one which worked good was this. It is miles ahead in functionality and easy of use compared to other "alternatives".

Highly recommended.

Btw. customer support is world class, got help with my questions within 10 minutes and they went beyond there realm to help & support us.
