I cannot use it, I will get an error message: Store not found. When I click on the free option and the dashboard.
Hello, we are sorry for the inconvenience caused. The error could be due to many reasons, mostly related to internet browser settings. I noticed that the app was uninstalled within 3 minutes of install. We have sent a request, kindly approve the request and re-install the app so we can check and resolve the issue. Our support is available round the clock and here to assist. Kindly contact us if you have any issued before deleting the app.
This is by far the best Faq help Centre app available. Have tried 2 other direct competitors.

Things i would ask the developer to improve (why i didnt leave 5 star)
1 I do not see a font changer ( this can be over come by choosing the font you want in WORD and then copy and paste
2 need to add something to change its overall width
3 maybe make adding it to a product page easier

I have been using this EnormApps FAQ application at least a year and I am very satisfied. As I said last year, I highly recommend this application, EnormApps provides excellent support. They respond quickly and are always willing to help, even with special customization. super easy to set up, even for beginners without experience. Results look super great on my website. I had tried several other FAQ applications before this one, and honestly those others were not as easy to use, did not look so nice on my site, and as I recall, they were more expensive. This one is better.
This app is great and the customer service is even better! The interface is very easy to use and installation is a breeze. I can't believe it's free!
