We tried 3 other APPS but uninstalled them all until we tried this one.
This FAQ APP deserves 5 stars because 1.) Functions smoothly 2.) Includes a variety of UI to choose from 3.) Features flexible template styling 4.) Easy to implement and manage 5.) Includes responsive support.
It took no time to setup a professional FAQ to match our template and also get a few tweak requests addressed within a few hours. The software renders smoothly and the support is solid and accurate.
Based on all these points, this APP is without a doubt a solid 5-STARS!

Even after uninstalling the app it still leaves behind files and code in theme files. This thing is a hot mess. Stay away and read the other 1 star reviews as well. Shady business practices.

We are very sorry for the problem you have encountered. But please understand that this is an application related to the interface, so in some cases it may conflict with the website theme. We're sorry that you've only been installing and uninstalling apps for a short time and haven't contacted us so we can help you with the problem.
Usually these conflicts are very easy to resolve within minutes. In the application's user manual, there are also very detailed instructions on how to uninstall the application without leaving any source code and you may have accidentally ignored it: https://faq-guide.ddshopapps.com/uninstall-app
