Even we don't have a subscription, the support is the best you will effer see. They reply very fast and in our case solved the "problem" in no time. We use this app on both our shopify stores and can recommend it to everyone. Great app/ Great support!

I used DDshop FAQ app on my content store to answer customer questions. It looked great but I had issues with code on my homepage. After spending hours, I tried contacting support and voila!
