Extremely happy with this App so easy to set up my question and answers. Easy to edit and play around with colours to get the right look for my page.

If you use this app.... be advised that it is very buggy.
1. The "free" version still has a monthly usage charge... don't be fooled, it is not free.
2. The "submit a question" upgrade has multiple technical issues that the technicians cannot seem to get corrected. And I tested the "submit" on multiple platforms and browsers and always get bad results.
We have customized the Submit button according to your request. And the free plan does not require you to pay a single dollar, why are you giving such a bad review to the app? Is that fair to us?
You come from a country of civility and politeness. I hope you reconsider your review.
There are few applications that support customers via email and chat like ours. We are not fooling you.

I tried a few FAQ page related apps and this is no doubt the best one - not only because it's free (which is wonderful for small business like us) but also because of its clean and intuitive user interface, great functionalities, and excellent customer service. 5 stars!

This app is SO clean and SO easy to use! We searched for a great FAQ app but are so glad we landed on this one. We also love that we can easily hyperlink from content in our FAQs to create a more robust customer experience.

Very versatile FAQ app that I use on my Product pages with styling customizations to fit the brand of my website. Also improved the SEO of my pages by quite a bit.

Beautiful app, very easy to install and design the way you like (some css-adjustments needed, but nothing I couldn't accomplish with my little css knowledge)
Also the support helped me very quickly with enabling the english translation on my websgop!
