If you use this app.... be advised that it is very buggy.
1. The "free" version still has a monthly usage charge... don't be fooled, it is not free.
2. The "submit a question" upgrade has multiple technical issues that the technicians cannot seem to get corrected. And I tested the "submit" on multiple platforms and browsers and always get bad results.
We have customized the Submit button according to your request. And the free plan does not require you to pay a single dollar, why are you giving such a bad review to the app? Is that fair to us?
You come from a country of civility and politeness. I hope you reconsider your review.
There are few applications that support customers via email and chat like ours. We are not fooling you.

I installed the app yesterday and spent time on it. Went to check on the FAQ page and is the APP broken?! Already?

Do not use this app! It completely broke my entire store rendering it useless until a web developer can assist me with fixing it. Whatever this app wrote into the theme code has caused a nightmare of problems. Also, all of the positive reviews you are reading here are fake and are only posted in exchange for them to supposedly remove the copyright text from the page it creates. Absolutely terrible.

As for your problem, it's probably a JS or CSS conflict with your theme, and this happens sometimes and is hard to avoid for a theme-heavy app.
We've fixed a lot of related problems like yours but unfortunately you didn't get in touch with us in time so we could serve you better.
