Free plan is enough for most of stores. You dont need much and you can always customize it. Also Customer service is really good with this app, they will resolve your issues right away!

The easiest 5-star review for sure! The app is super easy to use and makes everything look better for the customer's point of view. Vik, you are excellent in what you do! The customer service is spot on and so fast in their replies. Love everything about the app!

Customer support chat is very responsive and willing to dive into odd problems specific to our store.

Also, we really like having the ability to assign product FAQs by product type, vendor, collection, etc. So much faster to assign than our previous FAQ app that made it a much more manual process.

We have a lot of costs between artists, hosting, software and much more and we are a charity that donates profits to humanitarian projects, so we are running on a tight budget, and decided to try this app. It's very intuitive and easy to configure. A very positive impression. The only problem is that the links are displayed in the same color as the text (black). So our supporters do not see that some texts are clickable and cannot continue to the linked pages. And they can't access the needed pages. Thank you for your work, hope you can fix this. Update: the developer fixed the problem, thanks very much! And continues open to receive improvements, very good support and response, and helps a lot with companies with a tight budget

The app itself is very easy to use, and has plenty of customization options. The page is a perfect extension to the rest of my website. The support was fantastic too! Highly recommend.

I used this app to make custom FAQs on individual products and it works great. The customization and design tools are extremely flexible. FaqKing also helped me with some implementation issues I had and was very gracious with their time and patience.

Oh my gosh I love this tool I have always wanted to have questions and answers on my product page and I loved this. And the support they have is the best, they resolved all my doubts and questions quickly.
