We installed this app to enhance our Shopify store and found it to have interesting features. It created several metaobjects that only the developer could access. Even after uninstalling, these remained in our system.

While we did reach out to support for help, we appreciate their efforts and see potential in this app. With a few improvements, it could become a valuable addition to any Shopify store!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this situation caused.

We want to clarify that the review was posted on 29th December, during a period when our development team was on pre-scheduled holiday leave (28th December–2nd January). While our support team remained active and attempted to coordinate internally, the technical resolution required developer access and could not be fully completed until our developers returned.

Once our development team was back on 3rd January, the issue was fully identified and resolved by 5th January, including addressing the meta object access and cleanup concerns. We acknowledge that the delay was not ideal, and we take full responsibility for the experience during that period.

We understand and respect the importance of data transparency, integrity, and proper cleanup after uninstallation, especially for healthcare and compliance focused organizations.

Based on this feedback, we have already improved our internal processes and safeguards to ensure clearer accountability and faster handling of similar situations in the future, even during holiday periods.

We truly regret the inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience. Your feedback has helped us improve, and we remain committed to providing a reliable, transparent, and responsible app experience for all merchants.

I have used FAQBucket for Shopify, and it’s incredibly useful! With customization options, a live editor, and features like FAQ widgets, product-specific FAQs, and dynamic FAQs, it’s easy to set up. Integration with WhatsApp, Messenger, and more makes it even better. Highly recommend it!

I've been using the FAQBucket app for Shopify, and it has transformed my store management. The app is incredibly user-friendly, making it simple to set up and manage FAQs. What really sets it apart is the exceptional support—the team is very friendly, responsive, and always ready to assist.

Even if you're not tech-savvy like e, understanding how to use the app is straightforward. The customization options are fantastic, allowing me to perfectly align the FAQ section with my store's aesthetic.
