The app is good but support is quite slow. Felt ignore when support is online and read the message but didn't reply. Couple of things to be considered. 1> We can't change the page for tracking and contact us inside the app. Every page has its own branding and no way to remove it. 2> They do not have any other chat platform integration as of now except tawk, Shopify and tidio for the free version.
