Merchants appreciate this app for its ease of use and professional appearance it lends to their websites. The direct customer communication via WhatsApp chat is highly valued, as are the FAQ and order tracking features for reducing customer queries and improving customer experience. I like the all in one aspect of this app ! However just few things to enhance after a quick first look : -Changing the buttons color is not possible (for the Tracking or Contact us) only the background of the page.
-FAQ : instead of opening a new page when clicking on a question, it would be great that the answer would just be visible below the question after the click.
-Faqprime logo on every page is a bummer.
The App is awesome, but only 25 question can be added. We have heard this will take a month to increase this amount. We are going to wait.
The app its perfect, i havent expect to be on this level, but i give you 4 stars because i wold like to add more Languages, i'm from romania and i have my whole site in Romanian exept the Help center.

I used this app but I want to change the URL from /pages/faqs to /pages/faq. I dont like the s that is at the end.
Great app. I would have given 5 stars if we were able to add our own questions in place of the stock ones we don’t need.
