Super easy to use and customize. I really enjoy the look of it on our website. At one point I had a question about how to use one of its features, and the response time from support email was immediate. So awesome.

I've tried many FAQ apps, but I think this app is the simplest and provides all the necessary features conveniently. I could set up all the functions very easily by myself, and once I set it up, I never had to touch it anymore since it was perfectly set up!
As my website was reorganized recently, I got help with the search bar color. I contacted the developer, and he fixed all the issues super quickly!
This app is really amazing and I am very grateful for the enthusiasm and service of the developers. Highly recommended!

I love the simplicity of this app. Took all of 5 minutes to set up my FAQ page and I LOVE how the overall layout works. I'm still wrapping my head around Shopify but this app was super easy and support was great with answering a question I had, a response in a few hours despite the time difference from Australia to the US. 10/10 recommend!

THE BEST APP FOR FAQS! I tried a few apps for faqs before stumbling upon this, it is the easiest to use amongst the others. You've full control and choices from fonts to images within the layout. They are an email away, they don't just respond quickly, they actually fix the problem for you! It was an eppic experience. Get this for suree!

The App is really easy to use and implement it with our store. We had a spacing issue on mobile and the app support we're able to assist us in no time. We are very happy with the app and would recommend it as an FAQ to use on your Shopify store.
