HelpLab FAQ Page, Product FAQs

Really great app - easy to set up, lots of flexibility! We're not currently using the function to add FAQ's to specific product pages, but it was definitely a big selling point. Support is OUTSTANDING - prompt, friendly responses, great info, and very helpful!

We've used other apps in the past and were never totally happy with them, but Easy FAQ is by far the easiest and best supported app we've found for FAQ's!

This FAQ app is so easy to use. Customer support is very prompt and helpful.

I'm totally impressed with this app! I did install other competing apps but they were very expensive and also very hard to configure. This FAQ app was very very easy to use, just few clicks and it took take care of everything. UI is very intuitive and easy to understand. This app has lots of configuration options that allow you to tune FAQ page to match your brand. Support from app developer is impeccable as mentioned by other reviewers.

Also, the app is super fast unlike other FAQ apps out there. Other apps were slowing down my page and some even included code in my theme files which they didn't remove after uninstalling an app. I would highly RECOMMEND this app.

Well now I am a woman "of a certain age" and find everything about today's ecommerce a puzzlement. That being said, I cannot say enough about Avocados Lab's support and with the amazing and fast help I received from Bhushan. I was browsing all of the free "FAQ" apps and even though this one did not have the most reviews I gave it a shot and I absolutely love the ease of this program! Super simple to set up, completely free and looks great on the site!
