Without doubt the best FAQ page available for Shopify. The customisation that you can do to match your store if much better than the most popular FAQ app called help centre. The support is unreal, they always write back extremely quick if you have a question.
I would give 6 stars if I could !

Perfect, easy to set up, easy to install - very fast support for one minor question. Our FAQ page looks great - much easier than building one in-house. Well recommended.

Installed this app yesterday and it fit our requirements, on a technical front, perfectly straight out of the box. We wanted to switch up some of the styling but weren't able to do this with the default settings and without any coding experience, we had to use the support button. Bhushan got back to us pretty much immediately and was able to implement a bit of custom CSS that sorted exactly what we needed. I highly recommend using this app, not just because it works really well, but because the support is top-notch.

I love the look of this app. At first, I was having trouble integrating it into Shopify...I reached out to the email contact and they were so quick to respond! After some suggestions, I decided to call instead and he walked me through the installation step by step until it was installed exactly the way I wanted. I would highly recommend this app for FAQ's!!

When choosing an option for my website, there were so many FAQ pages to pick from. I am so glad that after some research I chose the HelpLab FAQ Page app. It was very easy to set up, and I love that I will also be able to add it to my product and check out pages as well.

I used this app for faq on my product. It like really clean and fits perfectly with my site. The developer is very efficient, super nice, and helpful. It’s my first time paying for a app monthly as I’m new to Shopify. I have to say, I don’t mind with this level of service received and how well the app works.
