We are absolutely in love with this app! It offers a wide range of features and the developer is exceptionally responsive and prompt in addressing any concerns. We had encountered an issue where we lost all our FAQs, but the support team was incredibly helpful in restoring everything seamlessly.

I've tested multiple FAQ apps and this is by far the cleanest, most effective & professional-looking FAQ in the market and is mobile optimized (which is crucial). Talked to the app developer and he's awesome and responds quickly to help. A+ (This is my first time leaving a review on the app store)

Really great app - easy to set up, lots of flexibility! We're not currently using the function to add FAQ's to specific product pages, but it was definitely a big selling point. Support is OUTSTANDING - prompt, friendly responses, great info, and very helpful!

We've used other apps in the past and were never totally happy with them, but Easy FAQ is by far the easiest and best supported app we've found for FAQ's!

I recently installed this app on my shopify store and was incredibly pleased. The app was simple to install (even for a novice like me) and looked great! Being able to blend it seamlessly with my store's functionally and brand colours just gave it that extra (umph). I had a relatively minor hiccup which I requested support on and the response was amazing! I would definitely recommend this app for any online business, large or small. When considering the cost of having this app, I chose the Professional plan which is their highest plan, ($4.99 per month), it's a no brainer!To the developer. Awesome app, keep up the great work!

This is a simple and straight forward FAQ app that does what it's supposed to do. I was able to set it up on my own and it functioned 'out of the box' without any problems. The few questions I had were answered quickly by support staff. The pricing is fair and I would certainly recommend it to anybody looking for a quick and easy approach to managing a FAQ page.
