Very easy to use app with a great free plan. Simple, easy to use templates to base your FAQ from. Support from the developer is very quick and extremely helpful. Paid plan includes online store 2.0 support which is fantastic.

Excellent customer service and very easy to use! The app was exactly what my store needed! Both the templates are great too!
I have tried a few of the apps for FAQs and product questions. So far I Iike this one because it's simple but also quiet adaptable. With other apps I often hit issues because they only work on shopify 1 or shopify 2 themes. With this app there a few different ways to implement it. You don't end having to uninstall it and go and find another app!
