So glad we found this app! Now, when customers have questions, we have a huge database of easy-to-find answers ready and waiting. I'm sure it will ease our customer support burden, provide a pleasing customer experience and boost sales. From a single keyword, customers can find the answer, click on a link then head to checkout (much better than filling in a contact form and waiting for answer).

Well now I am a woman "of a certain age" and find everything about today's ecommerce a puzzlement. That being said, I cannot say enough about Avocados Lab's support and with the amazing and fast help I received from Bhushan. Thank you again for your kindness, patience, and willingness to help me through this process Bhushan. I highly recommend this app for anyone - and especially those of us who are not yet up to speed in ecommerce in this new era. Awesome app!

I love the simplicity of this app. Took all of 5 minutes to set up my FAQ page and I LOVE how the overall layout works. I'm still wrapping my head around Shopify but this app was super easy and support was great with answering a question I had, a response in a few hours despite the time difference from Australia to the US. 10/10 recommend!

It is very easy to use and much more flexible than I expected.
I contacted support to adjust the scrolling behavior, and he responded and gave a fix right away; such a wonderful support service.

I used this app to add product reviews into specific product pages. The team at Avocados Lab is really helpful and provides you with all resources you need to implement FAQs into the website. I've reached out to them and they immediately helped me add the FAQs into the page while I was in a rush to complete my product page. Minor point to work on is to make their customer support more visible in the app for customers to reach out to, could be through a live chat. They have great customer service would be a shame for customers not to benefit from it.
