This is a fabulous app! Very nice looking, very intuitive to use (which is highly appreciated) and the support is really quick.
The app works great and has wide range of customizable aspects. Unfortunately the app doesn't work with the translation app "langify", so I have to wait for shopify to fix the problem, to use the app. But I am hooked with this one! Also Pratik is a very kind developer.

Yes, we all developer community is waiting on Shopify to fix issue around "App proxy localization". We will keep you posted once we hear back from Shopify. They haven't provided ETA for fix yet.
i would give this app 10 stars if i could to be honest. i have installed and uninstalled so many app that promised they were so user friendly, and im not even that bad with figuring things out normally. However EASY FAQ omg was THE EASIEST, MOST SELF EXPLANATORY & STRAIGHT FORWARD faq app i ever tired. I have no idea what made me click it but i am so glad i did. And as soon as i downloaded it they sent me a message and were ready to assist with any questions i had, showed me ways i could customize things based on my site theme (yes, they actually took time, went on my site and got my color code for me and everything) & then of course helped me install the link. Thank you so much for everything guys =)) Wish this app much success

The developer and app are nothing short of amazing! Coming from someone who isn’t the most computer literate person, this app is extremely user-friendly, and I was able to set it up instantly with no problems. And if you do happen to come across a problem, the developer is more than willing to lend you a friendly helping hand. The app itself is customizable so you can tailor it to fit your specific needs – it’s near impossible to tell it’s from an app because you can effortlessly integrate it into your shop. Just give it a try, you won’t regret it!

Ive tried other FAQ apps but this one is by far easier to use. As a small business owner building a FAQ page takes time from my busy day. Knowing how important having a well functioning FAQ page is for customers and by using this app has saved time on me and looks great!
You get a lot in the free edition of the app - it is very easy to use once you're in. It offers two basic layouts in the free edition both of which are fine (both can be customised with your own colours). I emailed with a quick question which was replied to within 5 minutes and was extremely helpful.
The idea is good.
If you have a Dutch store you are forced to get a premium subscription.
You can not translate the text into your store's languages

For clarification to others, if you have just 1 language on your store, you don't need a premium subscription of app. You can simply create FAQs in your primary language and app would adapt that and work as usual. Premium subscription is only require if you have more than 1 language :)
