L'interface est très facile et conviviale à utiliser. L'application est également très complète et offre de nombreuses options pour mettre sur pied sa FAQ et la personnaliser. Lorsque j'ai eu une question, le service à la clientèle s'est rendu disponible rapidement pour adresser ma question.

I tried the most reviewed apps on the store and this one is great and simple. It has a business model that makes sense (10+ faq for free then you need to pay 2 dollars). Support is proactive and great. Will keep using and recommend.

I've tried other FAQ apps and this is by far the best! It's so simple to use, you can easily customize and the customer service is incredibly fast, efficient and kind! I would give them more than 5 stars if I could!

We started with just the basic FAQ page about a year ago and upgraded to be able to add the drop downs on our product pages. Definitely worth the upgrade. Bhushan was very responsive, knowledgeable and helpful and we are very happy with how it turned out. We've never had a problem with this app!
