The app turns out to be a lot more in-depth and extensive than I thought before downloading it, and easy to use as well. It's really a no-brainer, would recommend it to anyone!

Really great app - easy to set up, lots of flexibility! We're not currently using the function to add FAQ's to specific product pages, but it was definitely a big selling point. Support is OUTSTANDING - prompt, friendly responses, great info, and very helpful!

We've used other apps in the past and were never totally happy with them, but Easy FAQ is by far the easiest and best supported app we've found for FAQ's!

Easy FAQ is just what it says. Lightweight, very easy to implement and apply custom styles. Its also packed with great features like the ability to embed anywhere and multi-language support. Even though the app works flawlessly, I think what sets it apart is some of the best customer service I have ever received. Their support is extremely fast, beyond friendly and very helpful. I really wish all apps were this much of a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!!!

I have used other apps in terms of organising FAQs pages and this app is the most user friendly + customer service is quick to revert.

I'm totally impressed with this app! I did install other competing apps but they were very expensive and also very hard to configure. This FAQ app was very very easy to use, just few clicks and it took take care of everything. UI is very intuitive and easy to understand. This app has lots of configuration options that allow you to tune FAQ page to match your brand. Support from app developer is impeccable as mentioned by other reviewers.

Also, the app is super fast unlike other FAQ apps out there. Other apps were slowing down my page and some even included code in my theme files which they didn't remove after uninstalling an app. I would highly RECOMMEND this app.

Well now I am a woman "of a certain age" and find everything about today's ecommerce a puzzlement. That being said, I cannot say enough about Avocados Lab's support and with the amazing and fast help I received from Bhushan. Thank you again for your kindness, patience, and willingness to help me through this process Bhushan. Fantastic app!! Super easy and intuitive to use plus the content looks amazing for customers when live. Takes a really short time to set up for a better-than-expected end result. I had a simple request that the customer service fixed easily and efficiently without stress. Highly recommended.

Great response time and a willingness to help tweak CSS settings, which is huge for companies who aren't familiar with it. I also love that you can plug FAQs anywhere on your site. Recommend!!
