I absolutely hate apps that are confusing to use and not straight forward. This app on the other hand, is VERY STRAIGHTFORWARD. It is user-friendly, AND the results are not disappointing. Other apps make it so confusing to create a basic Q/A drop down + color customizations, but this one was easy and I made my FAQ page within 15 minutes. Loved it. Totally recommend it.

An affordable and intuitive 5-star App that is easy to navigate. An organised and easily set up and managed FAQ page. This App has great functionality, and it is customizable. Easy to follow steps ensure that the FAQ page or section created matches the brand or look of your website. If you do need assistance, my experience has been the same as the many other 5-star reviews. The level of technical support is exceptional. The best that I have experienced. Any of my questions have been answered very quickly but also Bhushan really took the time to understand my needs in order to offer the right solutions for me. Bhushan, the developer, is EXCELLENT. I ran into an issue switching themes and really could not figure out how to fix the issue I had. Good app! especially the free plan is really good, if you want more option you can upgrade, but for me somebody that just started with a webstore, the free plan is very very good!, i had some problems installing it, but the customer service is 5/5, fast reply and good information!

I've had time to use and try this app out for some time now. I use it for my own store, as well as when developing ones for others. It's very efficient and straight to the point. It's also very easy to understand, which is beyond beneficial in comparison to others that I've tried. I did have a question arise at one point and their customer relations team was beyond helpful and responded very quickly! This made the app itself 10x more valuable in my opinion. 10/10, would for sure recommend!

Well now I am a woman "of a certain age" and find everything about today's ecommerce a puzzlement. I used this app to add product reviews into specific product pages. The team at Avocados Lab is really helpful and provides you with all resources you need to implement FAQs into the website. I've reached out to them and they immediately helped me add the FAQs into the page while I was in a rush to complete my product page. Minor point to work on is to make their customer support more visible in the app for customers to reach out to, could be through a live chat. They have great customer service would be a shame for customers not to benefit from it.

I turned to Easy FAQ after unsuccessfully trying to create an accordion-style FAQs page myself by cobbling together some code I found online. Easy FAQ makes the process of creating a FAQ page on Shopify really simple, and the developer is kind enough to help out free-of-charge to make any style/sizing adjustments needed. Honestly, this is the bar that all apps on Shopify should strive to meet.
