Only used it for 15 mins and found it simple and straight forward to create FAQs. The only thing I couldn't change was the colour to hover over the link. Would highly recommend!

Regarding hover color: Just contact our support & we can make it happen for you quickly. Links differ from theme to theme so there is no config option for merchant to tweak. Rest all colors can be configured through admin by a merchant but this one is special case :) Looking forward for your email.
I needed to create a FAQ stand-alone page and this app helped me with that, was very easy to use and i didnt had any issues with it so far.

The app turns out to be a lot more in-depth and extensive than I thought before downloading it, and easy to use as well. It's really a no-brainer, would recommend it to anyone!

Really great app - easy to set up, lots of flexibility! We're not currently using the function to add FAQ's to specific product pages, but it was definitely a big selling point. Support is OUTSTANDING - prompt, friendly responses, great info, and very helpful!
We've used other apps in the past and were never totally happy with them, but Easy FAQ is by far the easiest and best supported app we've found for FAQ's!

Easy FAQ is just what it says. Lightweight, very easy to implement and apply custom styles. Its also packed with great features like the ability to embed anywhere and multi-language support. Even though the app works flawlessly, I think what sets it apart is some of the best customer service I have ever received. Their support is extremely fast, beyond friendly and very helpful. I really wish all apps were this much of a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!!!

I'm totally impressed with this app! I did install other competing apps but they were very expensive and also very hard to configure. This FAQ app was very very easy to use, just few clicks and it took take care of everything. UI is very intuitive and easy to understand. This app has lots of configuration options that allow you to tune FAQ page to match your brand. Support from app developer is impeccable as mentioned by other reviewers.
Also, the app is super fast unlike other FAQ apps out there. Other apps were slowing down my page and some even included code in my theme files which they didn't remove after uninstalling an app. I would highly RECOMMEND this app.

Well now I am a woman "of a certain age" and find everything about today's ecommerce a puzzlement.
