I paid for samples from their site. I never received tracking information and the status of the products still says 'request shipping.' How do I request shipping for my own personal order? Isn't that the company's job to ship it to me? I don't even know if the payment processed because nothing was taking from my account. It's like I placed a dummy order or something. I emailed Sandy about this issue, and no response yet. The site promises 10-15 days for shipping but I'm sure it's going to be more since my order is still sitting.

I was hopeful using this app but I have yet to have a good ordering experience using them. I ordered a few sample items to review the quality of the items before posting them for sale on my site. The shipping times were astronomical. I would have had better luck ordering direct from AliExpress myself. The quality of both the dress and the bathing suit I ordered was horrible! The corset shirt I purchased in the same order never came. I tried a few more orders to see if this was just a one off bad experience, and had similar issues. My current order has been shipping for about a month, and I plan on removing any and all tentative inventory from this vendor on my site. I was excited to find a vendor with the option to purchase shipping labels, bags, and tags for the clothing, but they couldn't get a single order right WITHOUT adding anything additional. DO NOT waste your time, or money using them...

I've had a few orders using this app so I'm quite satisfied with both the product selection and the platform itself. Customer Service is excellent - they are always willing to help. I'm still looking for size measurement charts to be included in apparel listings but hopefully that will come.
