UPDATE:
Just today, I changed/upgraded my theme to a premium version (which was already planned) and lo and behold...the products now sync seamlessly. Word of caution to anyone using a free Shopify theme (at least Dawn): you may be missing more features than you realize when it comes to 3rd party integration.

There are problems with the sync process between FG and Shopify. Shopify's Help Center (and forum threads I've read) indicate this is on FashionGo's end. I sent an email to tech support and have not received a response. So far, customer service does not appear to be available.
This is our first time trying to use FG, but we can't even get off the ground. When we tried to update the listing on Shopify (example: change product description or tags) they do not stick and get overridden by what is in FG. So this is why it has to be an issue on their end. But without getting a reply from someone, we're stuck.

I like the variety of vendors, many just charge too much in shipping that I am not able to use them. Everything that my customers and I have purchased has been great.

Fashiongo is such a great place to shop for all the latest styles for my online store. I love their drop-shipping capabilities and enjoy using them and selling the products that I sell. It's great but lock of capability to automatically update availability of sync products to our store. Also, hope they could make all wholesale products for drop shipping and hope they can make dropshipping website easier to maneuver, such as product searching and easy to find vendors; Otherwise, Fashion Go is awesome!

I'm enjoying it. The concept is great for a store like mine! It is only a year old and there is definitely some bugs that need to be worked out on the fashion go side but mostly, its great.
I would love more capability to edit my packing slips in fashion go and shipping packaging in general for a more custom look.
I need to be able to edit my website address and as of now, I can't but I believe things like this will improve with time

I love that it is easy to choose items for my website. Some of the shipping rates seem very high for one item, which I do not like. but I do know it comes with the territory. I hope that prices come down closer to wholesale price, for drop shipping too.

I love the option to have products shipped to my customers without having to house inventory. However, shipping times could improve with some vendors, return process could be easier and I would like a bigger shoe vendor option. Otherwise I love that it syncs perfectly with shopify and it's very easy to manage the products and see how much inventory is available.

Updated, thanks for the response. AND the return label. Updated review to 4 stars. Should have not taken 2 weeks to fix. In this market I need to spoil my customers when an error is made, as YOU should ensure your customers (us) are quickly taken care of. UPDATED: They sent the customer the wrong color of an item. All the customer wanted was the ITEM THEY ORDERED. It took 4 DAYS for customer service to get back to us. This item should have been replaced. YOU SENT THE WRONG COLOR. I will continue to update my review as service warrants

I'm glad they are giving us better options. I still think the site has ways to go in adding top looks. Most of the items are so basic, wish it was a little easier to order samples so we can add our own looks to the store.

I used this app to help grow online sales, it truly works. The products are amazing and my customers love the shipping times. What I don't like about the site is that the prices of the products and a little higher then wholesale and some vendors shipping fees makes things so expensive. I try to factor my prices around that. Another good point in that some vendors have discounts and special deals that offset some of those crazy fees.
