I downloaded this app to start offering bundles on my website. Out of all the bundling apps it came across as the easiest to use and less time consuming than others. Once I downloaded the app, I realised there was one feature I needed which wasn't available on the app. I contacted support and almost immediately got a response telling me this feature is in the process of being added and offered to let me know when this happens. As soon as the feature was enabled I was contacted and got the changes made straight away. I even got a further response thanking me for trying out the new feature so quickly.
The customer service has been awesome and so far with three bundles applied, it has gone off without a further hitch. Thank you team.
We were planning to add the Set Price to our app but your feedback and the fact that you kept the app, motivated us to develop this feature quicker. Thank you for your professionalism and your patience. :)
Amazing app, but more importantly an amazing support team! They fixed an issue I had in minutes and I didn't even have to do anything!

This app is a must have, very original as you can use a mix n match bundle option. Its very smooth and the support team are fantastic.

App is working great so far! Love the way the bundles display on the product pages. Had one little hiccup with the new "Bundle as a Product" feature, but thanks to great support, was able to get it resolved in about 10 minutes!

Super easy to use. really helped us increase the revenue. Especially creating a product out of a bundle is fantastic. And if you don't understand something the service team is very helpful!

Initially when using this app there we weren't as happy with some features of it and payment options HOWEVER...... Since then these issues have been taken into account and been changed and now are more user friendly.
I have to say that Kate and rest of the team have been a massive help and great to work with on any issues that we might have experienced which is amazing to see and have such great support.
We are now going to be adding Fast Bundle to another store location shortly as it is a great way of being able to have some bundle options.

So, we decided to leave a response here too, so that we may get your attention again and invite you to use our new pricing method which is based on the bundles you sell, instead of the bundles that you show to your customers.
In this new pricing model, you won't have to pay for bundle shows; instead you will only have to pay when an actual value is created for your business by us and you have had sales through bundles.
Since you seem to be interested in the service and our app, we are ready to find the best way to help you continue using it. We really are looking forward for the notification saying that you are ready to discuss the issue and find the best way to solve it.
