Doesn't work with COD, only adds one product whatever offer you choose and no trace of chat to contact customer support. There's a “talk to support now” button that I click and nothing happens, it just doesn't work.

This is Kate from Fast Bundle. I'm terribly sorry for the troubles you have had. It seems like our support widget has not appeared on the app, maybe as a result of an app blocker.
I see that you still have the app installed and I would love nothing more than to address and resolve the issues you have faced. Unfortunately I couldn't check it myself seeing as your shop is password protected. We also tried reaching out via email but haven't heard back.
Would you please kindly get back to me so that I can help you resolve the issue and get you set up on the app?

There aren't too many apps in the Shopify app store that would allow for flexible creation of bundle products (bundles consisting of multiple products that appear as one product in the shop). This one does mix and match combo products pretty well. The app admin UI is clear and easy to use, and quite a few types of bundles are supported. You need the pro plan of the app to create multiple combo products, and the list price is pretty expensive.
After longer-term use, it has become apparent that the different bundle types have surprising and somewhat arbitrary restrictions. Also, use support has been a hit-or-miss lately: replies don't address questions or provide solutions that don't work for the described problem.

It is instead based on the sales you make through bundles on Fast Bundle. In this new pricing system, all of our features, including multiple combo creation, s available on all of our plans. We would be more than happy to switch you over to the new pricing model if you choose so.

Mike really helped me out, he was explaining to me the free plan and its limitations, I did not understand it but he explained it 2- 3 times and let me explain what I understood to see if I was clear about the limitations and did not leave until I understood it.
