Great app, did exactly what I need. I was looking to add products as a bundled system with no discount applied and that was an option offered here. Even when I came across a problem the support team was quick to help.

The app doesn't display the bundle page - the most basic functionality of the app! Thee support is not very helpful, non-responsive, and takes forever. I don't know how they manage this business with such poor service.
[Note: Our support was available only 16 hours a day at the time. Since October 2023, we offer live support available through instant chat 24/7]

Was really excited to use this app, but there was multiple issues and pretty terrible customer service to help assist me with the multiple issues. Really disappointed. Had to upgrade to the highest tier before I could even test what would work for us, and it still didn't work and no customer service to assist. Shame.

Their customer service is too slow, and we cannot change the bundle display on the product detail page from vertical/stacked to horizontal/carousel. Bye-bye!

Amazing so far...it's only taken me a few minutes to figure out. There was a nice video to watch and just really easy. I used a different app and stayed up all night long trying to figure it out. This one is SUCH a life saver!

Great customer service that responds in a timely manner and is supportive and helpful, and will even do some custom work for you. The product is still in development so doesn't do quite everything I'd need it to (I have some specific needs), but they seem to consistently be working on and updating the app, so I'm sure future updates will continue to have the product become better and better. This is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars, but I'm sure they're well on their way to changing my opinion.
