Jay Arya was unbelievably helpful. I have never received such straightforward, polite, and speedy support. Jay was patient with my limited understandings as well as my requests. Not only that, to my pleasant surprise Jay was willing to sit on the call with me as he made the updates and regularly checked in with me to ensure that he was on track with my requests. I am looking for a simple parameter application which will allow me to create a bundle with different products, I came across this one which I find very good, the support is very responsive, thanks to Jasmine for her help, very quick response.
