Maya was super helpful and responsive to my issue. She immediately helped me figure out what I did wrong and I got my bundles working within a few minutes literally. I love the options of different bundles and it really helps.

I logged a request and Phillip replied almost instantly and had my issue solved within a matter of minutes. He then went on to actually solve another issue for me that I didnt think I could fix at all.
