Fast Bundle has been a great app for our Shopify store and has helped us create bundle offers exactly how we need them. The functionality is solid, and the team has been very helpful whenever we’ve needed support.

A special mention to Maya, who was a huge help when we needed a bulk update to add free gifts across multiple bundles. She went above and beyond to get this sorted for us, which saved us a lot of time and hassle. Excellent support and a great app overall.

Support staff are very helpful in trying to trouble shoot problems and help setup the app to be as efficient and effective as possible. I worked directly with Aida who was patient will I tested different options and even followed up with me the next day to ensure I did not have any more questions and made sure I was happy with the outcome.

We recently ran into an issue where one of our bundles was not displaying as “Sold Out” even though one of the included products was out of stock. We discovered that our theme button was pulling inventory from the bundle’s dummy product instead of our actual Shopify inventory. Sally jumped in right away, identified the issue quickly, and resolved it fast. Anytime we run into a problem, the Fast Bundle team is always responsive and efficient in getting things fixed.
