Fast Bundle: Product Bundles

I have been using this app for a few months and our sales have increased due to their bundle widget. Their support team has always been helpful, especially Amy who attended my inquiry and had it fixed within minutes. I love using the app and am looking forward to the new "Cart Goal" feature they will release soon.

This product does just what it should. I chose it because I wanted my bundle to display as its own product. When I updated my theme, I had an issue with how it was displaying, so I reached out to support. Maya had my problem fixed in under 5 minutes! So great. Really happy with its functionality and the support.

We are looking to integrate Fast Bundles into our site and had some preliminary questions that needed answering. Bran and Jay were very helpful in fielding my questions and the app seems suitable for our needs.

One suggestion with the build your own bundle for the sectioned list is that we'd love the flexibility of not requiring the customer to purchase at least 1 item from each collection. Instead, we'd love to see customers given the ability to choose which collections they purchase from. We would find this solution super helpful for our offering.

Excellent app, easy to use and with a bunch of features which definitely help boosting sales. The 24/7 support is excellent - quick, solution-oriented and super friendly. Jasmine solved an issue we had in really no time. Thanks a lot for this!

This app looks great, and is great if you use little to no other apps.
For almost each bundle or offer I had to contact support to fix something. It's almost there but just not quite yet. They do respond great on support and really go beyond to fix whatever is needed. I just wish the questions were not needed to be asked. But most of them are issues with cart drawer and other discounts... which makes sense.

I've been using Fast bundle for several years, and they've helped me increase my turnover and sales. The customer service is efficient, especially Philip. He solved all my problems and was very patient with me. Thanks to Philip.

Overall a really great app including most of the features I was after for a bundle app! Especially the option to have the bundles as a separate product, which a lot of other bundle apps don't provide. The support team is really responsive, and were able to help with most of my queries when setting up the app on my store. Ross even jumped on a call to go through all my questions, and actioned all of them straight after, which I really appreciate!

It is a lot pricier than any other app I have tried, but I have committed to an annual plan after being offered a custom pricing structure for my first year and will be able to decide how beneficial it is to my business after a whole year's worth of analytics :) Hoping it will help increase average order value on our store. Looked at many bundle apps as a developer and then found this one. Tech support is amazing and I only reached out as I wanted a custom modification for a client. Not an issue at all. Well done, Fast Bundle.

Edit: Came back to add to my review of this app. Tech support is top notch here and even with dealing with a complicated store with many moving parts. Jasmine was amazing and I have now recommended my 2nd client to this app.

It's harder to keep a client happy than it is to get a new one and the same thing applies to my editing my initial review. Time has now passed and my review has not changed. Jasmine - You rock!

This bundle app is surprisingly easy to use! The mix and match bundle is perfect for my starter kit because it allows you to choose the products with a fixed percentage discount. Their customer service was amazing, very thorough in explaining me the confusing stuff. Shout out to Sir Philip, he was excellent in assisting me with all of my needs and concerns about customizing and stuff. I'm grateful for his help.
