I was working on creating bundle and run into minor issue. Surprisingly help was available and not dumb bot, but actual person, named Ian.
He suggested couple of ways to handle my issue and I found it not just helpful, but surprising and unusual now days.

The app is good overall, though it currently has a few limitations. However, the excellent customer service team truly makes the difference. I've found the representatives, including Ben, to be fantastic—quick to help and great at fixing issues.
