I have been using this app for over a month now... it has worked really well for my store. But after I integrated a 3rd party checkout service, it didn't work as I intended it to, and to resolve this issue, I got connected with Jazz and Ian, who provided me support and did everything in their power to get it resolved and work for me. Although it didn't work out, I would like to appreciate and thank both Jazz and Ian for their quick response to all my issues. I hope FBP will soon bring an update that might resolve this one small issue that I face, but the rest is perfectly fine and works really well for my store.

Sally was most helpful with my FastBundle issue! My ticket was solved within 24h.

After many times with back and forth feedback we finally got an important issue fixed but there are still some things we are waiting for improvement like the analytics dashboard with filter feature which we requested a year ago.

Mike hat mir im Support Chat schnell geantwortet und sich zum Lösen meiner Probleme viel Zeit genommen. Leider ist es momentan nicht möglich, ein Bundle in ein Bundle zu packen. Diese Funktion hätte ich gebraucht. Vielleicht wird hier zeitnah optimiert.

The app is not always 100% intuitive but so far I am doing well. Very good that you can use a free basic plan. They definitely have very good support, I was helped by Kate and in multiple requests she was able to help me without redirecting me to unintelligible self-support articles, so thank you very much Kate :)
