I honestly have no idea how this app manages to have so many positive reviews. The quality is downright awful. It’s full of bugs and barely functions. I had the misfortune of finding out from my own customers that their orders were packed incorrectly because the app simply refused to show any information indicating the items were part of a bundle. It didn’t even appear in the app’s analytics. For a moment I genuinely wondered if I was losing my mind, but after checking the purchase session recordings it became obvious that the app just wasn’t working at all.
I ended up spending hours calling customers and apologizing that the Christmas gifts they explicitly ordered as bundles arrived thrown together in a plastic bag all because the app gave zero indication that the order was bundled. I’m honestly shocked at how poorly this thing was built.
And even then, instead of immediately ditching it, I gave it a chance. I assumed maybe I had set up something incorrectly, so I contacted support. They really did try to help and managed to fix a couple of issues, but the deeper we went, the clearer it became that the whole app is just beyond saving. In the end, I still had to look for an alternative because every “fix” only revealed more problems. It’s useless, plain and simple.
And the pricing Genuinely laugh inducing.
Completely overpriced and, like many other bundle apps, broken far too often. We coded our own solution, which cost the same as two months of the app’s fees.
I liked the app at the beginning, but what I really hated was the fact that even under the PAID account, everything is very much segregated.
The value just isn’t there unless you’re on the highest of all tiers. Even with a PAID plan, the promotional tools and campaign options feel very restricted with your needs, and support is minimal (unless you upgrade of course) and LONG.
It’s disappointing to pay for a service and still receive such low access to features and promotions to be honest, it is very discouraging even talking to the support team when you are informed on more things you lack in your PAID plan.
I hope the team can improve fairness across all paid tiers so every customer gets proper value and support - rather than making them feel lesser as a customer because their paid plan isnt the top tier.

No good service when paying 299 USD/Month for the Enterprise edition!!
Will not let you cancel the subscription, support does not help
Support was fast but useless, app didnt intergrate with our theme they asked us to change our re design our site so it would fit then found a work around adding liquid codes to each checkout option which only worked half the time, would not recomend.
The App is the worse bundle app out there i have used many different apps,i can not actual determine which is worse between the functionality or the customer service . The my experience with app literally leading me to coding my own custom bundle app thats how feed up i was with it and trying to get it off your store is hoops and hurdles . Before considering this app i strongly urge you view all the other competitors first and do your own research
The app just causes way too many problems on my site. Its' a great concept and worked for the time being.

I downloaded this app again, because the other app was a little too much. I don't know what happened, but it has been a nightmare installing this. The first time I installed this a year ago it ran smoothly during the initial set up. Now I tried to install it again, thinking it would be fairly the same and easy. NO... thier pages are missing, links are not opening up what they should and their FAQ is no help.

Servicio pésimo. Tras un tiempo usándola nos dio un error (no actualizaba los productos). Lo revisan y nos indican que la tienda no cumple con los servicios por el tipo de producto (es una tienda online de vinos totalmente legal y con todos los permisos para la distribución de alcohol). Nos han dado de baja la aplicación de modo unilateral. Lamentable.

This app is ok for product page bundles but DO NOT use it for collection page bundles. First off it take about 2 hours because of how bad the support it. its also so complicated they need to get their technical team to do it because the regular support doesnt know how to... There are better apps guys. dont waste yoour time...
