Doesn't work with COD, only adds one product whatever offer you choose and no trace of chat to contact customer support. There's a “talk to support now” button that I click and nothing happens, it just doesn't work.

There aren't too many apps in the Shopify app store that would allow for flexible creation of bundle products (bundles consisting of multiple products that appear as one product in the shop). This one does mix and match combo products pretty well. The app admin UI is clear and easy to use, and quite a few types of bundles are supported. You need the pro plan of the app to create multiple combo products, and the list price is pretty expensive.

After longer-term use, it has become apparent that the different bundle types have surprising and somewhat arbitrary restrictions. Also, use support has been a hit-or-miss lately: replies don't address questions or provide solutions that don't work for the described problem.
