Update 4/19/22: App stopped working/displaying any bundles entirely. We've figured out a solution to our problems using the shopify discounts alone. Great customer service, easy to use. Best almost free* bundling app available! Formatting is a bit wonky, but the customer service reps will very quickly make changes for you at no cost. It's also well worth the value to get the plan. *NOTE: Employee views, and test views count toward your limit. Customer service did however note my issue and gave me 200 more free views.

Your feedback about the development shops and the test period is something important to think about. It needs some technical changes but it is a noticeable comment on our app's subscription plans.

I used this app to help me customize a number of my product pages that required color and price variants.
Their customer support was impeccable!!!
Via video support they listened to my specific requirements and guided me in setting up the app. to my exact needs. And since I am computer illiterate, they emailed me a step by step guide on what I needed to do, in the event I wasn't clear on something during the video conference.
They went a step further, when I contacted them a day later to ask how to customize the app's appearance, by allowing me to give them detailed instructions and went ahead and worked on their code to help me achieve the look I wanted for the app's application on my site!
It was a pleasure dealing with both Muhammad and Mary E.
And of course, the app looks and works perfectly!!!

I was looking for app that suit my need I tried a lot of apps and deleted all of them after couple of use.
since I started use fast bundle and with no help I can say its the best app around it does what it says. a lot of options fun to use and very nice displaying on your site or page.

Very good App! You can create bundles and don‘t need any SKUs for sets anymore. That’s what we have been looking for.
The support is really quick, friendly and helpfull.
I‘d love to have a bit more design freedom but the app sure does what it needs to do.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
Firstly, the customer service is outstanding. Initial contact returned within minutes then technical follow up within hours.
Secondly, the app is outrageous value with the free version offering everything I needed to set up the website & test suitability. Very intuitive for someone like me who isn't tech savvy. No coding whatsoever.
I'll be upgrading to the paid version due to the bundle view volume.
If you're getting the view volume to warrant paying you're getting your investments worth many times over.

Terrible, not working properly, it doesnt even add the discount to cart. There is no support, no videos for tutorials. Dont buy this.

With regard to your feedback, we should explain that at the time that you wrote your review, our support system was on a 12/7 schedule. We were about to upgrade our support level, and of course, your review accelerated this process. So a few weeks after your review, we added two new wonderful colleagues and upgraded our support service to 18/7. We're still trying to cover all the clock around. We are currently providing 21/7 support to our customers, and we hope in a very short time, we will upgrade our support to 24/7.
We know that your previous experience with Fast Bundle was unpleasant due to unavailability of our support team for 8 hours. But we genuinely think that we can change that experience for you with providing you with a customized package that fits the specific requirements of your shop.
