Russell resolved the issue in less than 30 minutes after I reached out. In most cases, when contacting customer support at other companies, the process takes much longer due to additional checks and back-and-forth communication.
I was genuinely impressed that you not only handled everything so quickly, but also made the UI changes directly and followed up once it was done. Thank you very much — it’s truly appreciated.
This app has increased my AOV by around 25% which is amazing, and it is really easy to set up and use. I would also like to add that I wanted to customize the code of one of my bundles, and Ben from the support team reached back to me within minutes and I had my query fixed in under half an hour. 10/10 would recommend

Aysan is a very good customer service staff that helps me solve the issue.
I had an issue with my bundle not doing what I needed and contacted support who were available pretty much straight away. my tech assistant was Tommy and he fixed what I needed and then some with a little code added for some aesthetic. Highly recommend the app (and Tommy) for making my day go smoother.
Jazz and Sally were amazing when I had trouble customising the bundle. They fixed everything in under five minutes, and it’s the first time I’ve genuinely found customer support to be stress-free!!
