Fast Bundle: Product Bundles

We are looking to integrate Fast Bundles into our site and had some preliminary questions that needed answering. Bran and Jay were very helpful in fielding my questions and the app seems suitable for our needs.

One suggestion with the build your own bundle for the sectioned list is that we'd love the flexibility of not requiring the customer to purchase at least 1 item from each collection. Instead, we'd love to see customers given the ability to choose which collections they purchase from. We would find this solution super helpful for our offering.

This app looks great, and is great if you use little to no other apps.
For almost each bundle or offer I had to contact support to fix something. It's almost there but just not quite yet. They do respond great on support and really go beyond to fix whatever is needed. I just wish the questions were not needed to be asked. But most of them are issues with cart drawer and other discounts... which makes sense.

Once you figure it out it works pretty well. But I needed customer support help and Mahya was AMAZING!!!! She was professional, smart and stuck it out with me to the end. Thanks so much Mahya for your hard work on this one but we got there!.

Outstanding Bundle app with a lot of features and ways to configure and set up your bundles! It helped us a lot with creating offers and promotions with a great additional value for our customers as well as driving our sales. The support has been amazing as well, we've received instant feedback on a specific request we had and Jay made it happen within minutes. Absolutely spectacular! We can highly recommend this app.

Looked at many bundle apps as a developer and then found this one. Tech support is amazing and I only reached out as I wanted a custom modification for a client. Not an issue at all. Well done, Fast Bundle.

Edit: Came back to add to my review of this app. Tech support is top notch here and even with dealing with a complicated store with many moving parts. Jasmine was amazing and I have now recommended my 2nd client to this app.

It's harder to keep a client happy than it is to get a new one and the same thing applies to my editing my initial review. Time has now passed and my review has not changed. Jasmine - You rock!
