Uninstalling this preloader animation app did not remove it from my theme. Now I have to manually go in and find it and remove it. It should have an easy uninstall option.

Hello, there is a small FAQ on the app page providing clear instructions on how to remove the code from your theme.

You should install the app, press "Disable App" button and after that you can safely uninstall the app.

I hope this helps you solve your problem and maybe you change this review, not sure if you know but this 1 star review affects how other merchants perceive our app, to say the least ...

I need to turn off Fastloader. How do I do it?

Press the Disable App button at the top right of the page. That will remove the code from your theme, returning it to its original state.

Please note that uninstalling our app won’t remove the code from your theme.

I’ve uninstalled Fastloader but my store still shows a loading animation

No worries, we got you. Simply install the Fastloader again (you don’t have to accept the charges) and that will take care of the issue.
