DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP IF YOU DON'T LIKE HAVING YOUR MONEY STOLEN
Haven't used the app at all in the past months and have not signed up to any sort of paid plan either in this time but despite this they took 41.94 USD from me. Only ever got one reply from them and then they went ghost. I didn't authorize any sort of charges or done any sales through their app in this time that would explain the charge. Look at all the other reviews and you'll see a pattern of them doing this to other people as well.
THIS APP WAS A SCAM!!! CHARGE ME $49 FOR USAGE WITHOUT NOTICE!!! THEY'RE ADVERTISING IT FOR FREE BUT BRUH THEY'RE BLAMING SHOPIFY FOR IT! THIS APP MUST BE REMOVED IMMEDIATELY. SCAMMING PEOPLE WITH TERRIBLE SUPPORT. THEY'RE NOT REPLYING AT ALL BLAMING SHOPIFY API. I'VE CONTACTED SHOPIFY SUPPORT AND THEY SAID THAT THEY'RE VIOLATING PARTNERSHIP POLICY AS THEY'RE ADVERTISING IT AS "FREE". The app is free but they'll charge you USAGE fee even if you're not using it. THIS APP IS A SCAM!!! DONT INSTALL THIS THRASH APP AT ALL. You will be billed without your notice and you can't do nothing about it. Terrible app, terrible policy, and terrible support.
We love FASTR! We have been using for abandoned cart recovery for a while now and it is easy to use. The staff is also great. Arthur is super helpful and quick with responding. My only feedback is that you can't add pictures to the texts to help with advertising.
Don't waste your time using this app, the supposed recovery emails goes directly to spam folder, they are sending them from info[at]chkt.me and has been reported as spam several times, so it goes directly into the spam folder so you are using a service that basically it cost money and it doesn't work.
Thanks for your feedback! Actually, we have an option that allows you to send the emails from your own domain. You just need to complete some few steps by setting up the DNS.
Just go to Settings > Email > Notify customer from my domain.

Fastr is great. The multi-channel approach, which combines SMS, email and push notifications, has proved very effective in reaching customers. The installation took just a little time, but the results will be worth it. Our abandoned cart conversions will increase significantly, making Fastr a valuable addition to our e-commerce toolbox.
Very impressed with this app. Has worked wonders for our company. Customer service is great and normally answer immediately. Special mention to David who helped with the setup and filling me in on all the steps to get us up and running.
Dark billing. The displayed rate of the application up to 1000$ of income generated is $19.99 per month (+ cost of SMS). I paid last month about $75 for $675 of income generated...

Thanks for the review & I apologize for the bad experience you've had with our app.
But SMS costs are not in our control, and they change based on country + message length & and amount of units sent.
We do everything in our power to keep SMS costs to the minimum, we do not make any profit on SMS, in fact, we lose over SMS costs.
All of that said, you still got a 900% (!!!!!)in ROAS. This is positive compared to probably any ad you've even run.
Our billing is not dark, on the contrary, we do everything in our power to make the app profitable and make the pricing fair. Unlike other apps, we charge purely based on generated revenue (when we can).

good customer service but the app needs to provide more transparency by providing proper data about how many SMS being sent to which country and how much i got charged. I have discussed all this with David, noted all the stuff and promised to make improvements to it.
