Don't waste your time using this app, the supposed recovery emails goes directly to spam folder, they are sending them from info[at]chkt.me and has been reported as spam several times, so it goes directly into the spam folder so you are using a service that basically it cost money and it doesn't work.
Thanks for your feedback! Actually, we have an option that allows you to send the emails from your own domain. You just need to complete some few steps by setting up the DNS. ...
