So far so good!!!!! We use their other app, Reconvert, so we trust the makers of this! So far, using this for SMS for abandoned carts, so hopefully we can see some return. Their support team is amazing as well - thanks Vladimir for the help!!!!!!! Thank you!

WOW... So easy to set up!!!. I must say that this is the first app that is bringing customers back to purchase. Also targets browse abandonment. Highly recommended.

I'm not sure I understand the difference between cart abandonment and browse abandonment but the support rep tried to explain it to me haha. either way, it works, I saw some cart recovery emails starting to be sent to customers along with SMS. no sales yes but I just configured everything yesterday, I'm not a technical person and this app was super easy to handle to I can recommend it (I'm not using the push notifications feature at the moment because I don't really understand it).
Thank you for the review, just so you'll know, cart abandonment is automation dedicated to winning back customer who added something to the cart but didn't complete it. Browse abandonment is meant to win back customers who visited your store without adding anything to their cart, so we display products they viewed. :)

I've just installed the app and it looks really cool and useful for recovering abandoned checkouts. In less than a minute Patrick helped me set up the app with SMS and email reminders. A superb app and top-notch customer support. The results will certainly live up to my expectations. I highly recommend this app!
