App has been brilliant so far and has generated sales in the first few hours. Had a minor issue due to shopify changes but was rectified quickly by David, I allowed him access to myshop and he sorted it all for me within an hour of messaging for help. Which makes life easier. Look forward to using the app more and confident in the customer service

I like the app but it's conflicting with our promotions. If we don't have promotions then I will turn it on. We feel that our customers will get confused if they see 2 promotions. Since ReConvert Upsell & Cross Sell is post sales, that works well for us. This will persuade them to buy more. Thank you.

good customer service but the app needs to provide more transparency by providing proper data about how many SMS being sent to which country and how much i got charged. I have discussed all this with David, noted all the stuff and promised to make improvements to it.

This app was very user friendly and easy to set up. Support provided excellent customer service and troubleshooting to solve one of my technical issues.

Not working. contacted support several times and being ignored. we had faith in them being able to fix the issue but nothing much than the usual replies.

I really like this plugin, it's the easiest I've ever used, it's very effective and has recovered several abandoned orders for me, I really like David, he's really keen to help me and I'm very grateful to him! I really love using this plugin!

This is a great app, since being installed today I had 3 carts completed with sale. I highly recommend this app.
