The app was easy to get through and now let's see the sales boost. It's great to have the online chat if you need to ask questions to get through the app.

Super easy to install and customer service representative, Anastasia, was quick to respond and easy to work with.

Not sure how successful the cart abandonment recovery is (hoping it will be more that 15% increase in revenue) but the app is easy to install, easy to navigate and it's great to have a chatbox for questions. :)

Very cool and interesting app. I just started using it. So far very good. All of my questions were answered by this guy , Anton. He tries his best to answer any question I asked him. I recommend the app.

Unbelievable app and even better customer service! Vladamir helped me through the entire SMS text message campaign. He helped me understand the costs and how to manage them, as well as how to add links. I know this will be a success!

I'm so glad I found this app. A youtuber mentioned it and I checked them out. They don't have that many reviews so I was a bit sceptical. However, I ended up canceling a paid subscription with someone else to switch to this app. Now I pay nothing and I'm getting MORE! I wish I'd known about this app sooner as I would have saved a lot of money and would have had free SMS. You can't put a price on free. <3 Also, support was SUPER fast. Like immediate. And it was a live person.

Best support ever! I installed the app and Eric from the support team helped me set up everything over Zoom call! I already got an abandoned checkout converted into a sale the fact that you can use both SMS notifications, push notifications and emails are great. before that I only used 1 email to recover cart. Thank you guys!
