Support was there before the app even loaded first. Love it. I enabled my automatic recovery and just waiting for the cashflow to come in. Sick app. Saves me so much time to build and enable what this app offers

AMAZING CUSTOMER SUPPORT - they helped me out with the setup process and showed me how everything works. we set abandoned cart recovery reminders via sms email and push notifications. i was missing a feature and they added it the next day. thanks!

I have been trying to get a hold of customer support seems like forever. No reply. I've sent emails and no reply. I am constantly getting errors when I'm trying to use this app. I need someone from support to contact me now. It says 24/7 hr support and it's been 4 hours already with no reply.

I really wanted to like this app, because I have used another app from this company that works well, but this one caused my store many problems. It seemed to have conflicts with other apps in my store and also the FB messenger apps never showed up properly. I tried to get support to fix it, but there were still problems, even after they told me everything was ok. Anyway, I couldn't leave my store in a half-functioning state for much longer, so I just ended up deleting the app. Maybe I will try it again in the future when the bugs have been worked out.

We supported FB messenger completely until the recent update from Facebook that is blocking some of the features (you can find it at all the Facebook marketing apps out there). There is nothing we can do about it at the moment (this is not a code issue from our side). We're actively looking for a solution and in contact with Facebook to try and solve this ASAP.

I had to uninstall it because of the impossibility to customize the body email´s text..., once you send the email, it shows small, boring and practically unreadable in mobile phones.... The app looks great but with the big effort we need to accomplish in order to obtain an abandoned cart, we have to had all the tools to claim attention of potential customers in our emails, with fonts, colours, syzes, allignments, images, etc... If this company solve this, this app will be great, but at this time I have to uninstall it.

I am using this app to recover abandoned carts. So far it is very intuitive, easy to customize, and the chat feature is super helpful! They are very responsive and were able to show me exactly how to enable one of their key features.
