I'm not sure I understand the difference between cart abandonment and browse abandonment but the support rep tried to explain it to me haha. either way, it works, I saw some cart recovery emails starting to be sent to customers along with SMS. no sales yes but I just configured everything yesterday, I'm not a technical person and this app was super easy to handle to I can recommend it (I'm not using the push notifications feature at the moment because I don't really understand it).
Thank you for the review, just so you'll know, cart abandonment is automation dedicated to winning back customer who added something to the cart but didn't complete it. Browse abandonment is meant to win back customers who visited your store without adding anything to their cart, so we display products they viewed. :)

J'utilise Fastr depuis un moment, et je dois dire que c'est l'une des meilleures applications de SMS que j'ai testées !
✅ Interface fluide et intuitive : tout est bien pensé, simple à utiliser et agréable visuellement.
✅ Fonctionnalités utiles : que ce soit pour la gestion des conversations, la personnalisation des messages ou les options de sécurité, tout est là.
✅ Support client au top : j'ai eu une question, et Arthur m'a répondu rapidement et efficacement. C'est rare de voir un service aussi réactif !
Bref, si vous cherchez une app de SMS fiable et performante avec un vrai suivi client, je recommande sans hésiter.

Ottima applicazione per il recupero di carrelli abbandonati, e il servizio clienti è veloce rapido e molto gentile.
I use the app to help my customers to purchase when they hesitate at check out or forget to complete their purchase. I like how the app is able to send messages offering discounts at different stages of the customer checkout to get them to complete their purchase. It is an awesome app to have on your website.
