Fastr: SMS & Email Marketing

I've just installed Fastr, and I'm really impressed! The application is very well designed, intuitive and easy to use. In just a few minutes, I was able to familiarize myself with all its features. I just had to activate the necessary reminders. Messages are already pre-configured to convince customers to recover their checkout. It's amazing. Well thought-out app for recovering abandoned checkouts, whether by sms, email or push notification. I'd like to thank Patrick from customer support who really helped me understand how the app works. The customer support team is very responsive. They helped me set up automatic reminders to recover abandoned checkouts by sms, email and push notification. It was very easy to do. Very useful app. More apps should have live chat support available.

It didn't take me long, just 5 minutes to set the necessary reminders and it does the rest automatically. DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP IF YOU DON'T LIKE HAVING YOUR MONEY STOLEN
Haven't used the app at all in the past months and have not signed up to any sort of paid plan either in this time but despite this they took 41.94 USD from me. Only ever got one reply from them and then they went ghost. I didn't authorize any sort of charges or done any sales through their app in this time that would explain the charge. Look at all the other reviews and you'll see a pattern of them doing this to other people as well.
