Fastr: SMS & Email Marketing

One of the best Shopify app I have ever used when it comes to recovering the abandoned carts with SMS and email. The support is top notch. I'll definitely use on all my stores. I tried many other app but they all have a complicated onboarding process and ask you for many things before activating the campaigns. This app is straight forward, in few clicks you start making money. I recommend it to everyone who want to swtich from other SMS apps. It's 200% worth it.

Haven't used the app at all in the past months and have not signed up to any sort of paid plan either in this time but despite this they took 41.94 USD from me. Only ever got one reply from them and then they went ghost. I didn't authorize any sort of charges or done any sales through their app in this time that would explain the charge. Look at all the other reviews and you'll see a pattern of them doing this to other people as well.

If you're looking for an all-in-one app that's easy to use and ready to go right out of the box, Fastr is the one for you. It handles push notifications, abandoned cart emails, campaigns, and SMS all in a user-friendly interface. I hardly had to do any setup since the app takes care of everything. The customer service has been excellent and quick to respond! I believe that with Fastr, I'll see a significant increase in recovered orders and customer engagement. Highly recommended for any online merchant!
